Hartridges, a family-owned business, is the third largest soft drinks manufacturer in the UK. Its NPD brief called for the creation of packaging for a new ‘Celebrated’ range that tapped into the family heritage and reflected the authenticity, wholesomeness and honesty of the product, recalling the ‘halcyon days of endless summer’.

The range achieved sales of £300,000 in the first year without marketing support and won a coveted DBA Design Effectiveness Award.

It gained new listings in Waitrose, Asda and Morrisons and fresh markets in Ireland, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Ghana, Russia, Singapore and South Korea plus on-trade listings in JD Wetherspoons and Shepherd Neame pubs
